As part of our commitment to diversity, our 2020 Launching Leaders Program seeks to provide students who self-identify as Black, Hispanic, or Native American the chance to learn more about our businesses and culture, while working at a leading global financial services firm.

Who are we seeking?
- Expected graduation date of December 2020 Spring 2021
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Creative, critical thinking with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence
- Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Location: New York
