Supervisor for Inventory and Receiving this position (40 hours weekly) is responsible for a team of 3-5 members and the key distribution stakeholder for inventory control. This role routinely works with our purchasing and accounting teams. Supervisor for Ecommerce/Pick & Pack - this position (40 hours weekly) is responsible for a team of up to 10 team members and the daily ecommerce service level standards. This role routinely works with our marketing and customer care teams. Supervisor for Wholesale Distribution – this position (40 hours weekly) is responsible for a team of 3-5 team members and the wholesale business service level standards. This role routinely works with our purchasing, accounting and outside partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the service level standards related to their specific area of focus
- Responsible for building strong teams, daily management and #1 for safety
- Responsible for the performance management of direct reports
- Support and participate the company in meeting its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, and community
Required Qualifications - 5+ years direct experience and 2+ years management experience
- Associate Degree or greater, preferred
- Supervisors require a strong familiarity with computers
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history, and team player mentality
- Ability to lift 70lbs

Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the local minimum wage.
