Receiving Technician (JN -082024-375017)
The Receiving Technician I primary responsibility is to receive all incoming products in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner and log them into our ERP/CRM software systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duty A: 90% of position responsibility - Receive shipments of products, sign paperwork and log product into the ERP/CRM software systems.
- Deliver products and materials received to appropriate departments.
- Unload freight from inbound trucks.
- Organize product on the dock to free up space for the receiving of incoming freight.
- Consolidates product where possible to manage rack space in the warehouse.
- Pull and deliver samples to QC for acceptance.
- Barcode labels all incoming inventory, so it is ready for shipping.
- Maintain the paper supply for the main copy room areas.
- Maintain the pallet supply including disposal of unusable pallets.
- Prepare pallets tags and properly identify products to be stored on or offsite.
Other duties as assigned: 10% of position responsibility. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Excellent customer service orientation both with internal and external customers.

- Ability to effectively function in a team environment as well as work independently.
- Effective coordination, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Can work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions but involves manager as required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate well with others.
- Must have the skills and aptitude to navigate different computer systems and accurately enter data, execute transactions, research transactions and understand the impact of those transactions.
