Litigation Paralegal (JN -112024-382237)
Adams & Martin Group is working with an insurance defense firm. Seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will assist with drafting and responding to discovery, analyzing medical records, and supporting clients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Draft pleadings, discovery documents, medical summaries, and legal correspondence.
- Prepare discovery motions, oppositions, and replies.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for production.
- Investigate facts, laws, and public records to prepare case analysis reports.
- Communicate with clients as necessary.
- Collaborate in a team environment.
Qualifications: - 3-7 years of litigation experience (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Must work well independently and as part of a team.
Required Education: - Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- ABA Paralegal Certificate.
