Litigation Paralegal (JN -112024-382237)

Adams & Martin Group is working with an insurance defense firm. Seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with personal injury experience. The ideal candidate will assist with drafting and responding to discovery, analyzing medical records, and supporting clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, discovery documents, medical summaries, and legal correspondence.
  • Prepare discovery motions, oppositions, and replies.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for production.
  • Investigate facts, laws, and public records to prepare case analysis reports.
  • Communicate with clients as necessary.
  • Collaborate in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of litigation experience (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Must work well independently and as part of a team.

Required Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • ABA Paralegal Certificate.
