You should expect a standard delivery time of 7 to 16 business days (1 to 3 weeks) for all orders to reach their final destinations. Most of our headwear are shipped from the Denver , PA or Fort Worth,TX warehouse therefore, we cannot guarantee the delivery of any particular order by an exact date. We will always strive to ship and deliver products in a reasonable time frame. However, in some cases you may be notified of a delay with your order, in which case we will, according to federal regulations, deliver the product within thirty (30) days of the late-notification date. In some cases, we may choose to refund shipping charges for late or delayed deliveries. Once an order has been placed with The Krown Shoppe by mail, or Internet, it can only be cancelled if it hasn't been shipped to its final destination. All order cancellations-already shipped or awaiting shipment--are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the order total, plus any shipping and/or handling charges that may apply, based on the discretion of the Owner. *Most orders are shipped UPS Ground within 48 hrs.
