Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites.
• Utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Google Analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives.
• Conduct mail merges and manage marketing databases to ensure accurate and personalized communication.
• Support event planning and execution, including virtual and in-person promotional events.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
• Generate reports and insights on campaign performance to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Mail Merge, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Constant Contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
