Master's Level Intern: Adult Outpatient Program- 4958

<p><strong>INTERNSHIP TYPE:               </strong>Internship - Master's Level<strong>    </strong></p>
<p><strong>HOURS/SCHEDULE:            </strong> 15-20 hours/week,</p>
<p><strong>PROGRAM/LOCATION:       </strong> Adult Outpatient, Willimantic, CT</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ABOUT THE PROGRAM:</span></strong> <strong>ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM</strong></p>
<p><span>The Adult Outpatient services provide psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment.  Services include assessment, consultation, individual, couples, group, family treatment and medication evaluation and monitoring.</span></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>PROGRAM OUTLINE:</strong></span></p>
<p>By participating as a Master's Level Intern with CHR, you can expect to gain firsthand experience and training related to clinical mental health & substance abuse evaluation and treatment as well as other services, including assessment, working on independent living skills, outreach treatment services and medication evaluation and monitoring.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Education:</strong> Must be enrolled in a Master’s degree program in mental health field.</p>
<p><strong>Experience: </strong>Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment preferred but not required.</p>
<p><strong>Licensure/Certification/Registration</strong>: Valid driver’s license</p>
