TheHead of Biopharma Solutionsis responsibleforleading a global engineering team of hardware,systemsand scientiststo deliver innovative,compliantand scalable solutions that accelerate scientific discovery and transform patient outcomes worldwide.Work alongsideproductmanagement team to drive technology and portfolio strategy across biopharma solutions. This positionreports to theVP of Research and Developmentandis part of theGlobal Research and Development department,willbelocated inLoveland, Colorado,and willbeanon-siterole. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build, lead, and mentor a diverse, high-performing engineering organization across multiple geographies
Oversee end-to-endproductdevelopment lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability,and compliance with industry standards
Partner withcross-functional teams in software, product management,operations, and regulatory teams to deliver integrated solutions
The essential requirements of the job include: Ability to leadeffectivelyacross multiple hardware disciplines, including mechanical, electrical,as well as the development science team
Working knowledge ofhighly regulatedquality management systems,international compliance standards, including medical device standards,such as ISO 13485

Theannualsalary rangefor this role is$200,000 - $262,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
