Our team of certified technicians, water care specialists, and customer service representatives excel in providing unparalleled post-purchase assistance, setting a benchmark in the industry. </p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>Service Technicians play a vital role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers who rely on our hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, pools, and other premium products. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with top-tier customer service. Service Technicians proactively diagnose, repair, and resolve issues to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently while upholding company safety standards, policies, and procedures at all times.</p><p><strong>Compensation Range: $23.00 - $26.00 / Hourly </strong></p><p><em>Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.</em></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Repair and service hot tubs, swim spas, pools, and saunas</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal teams</li><li>Complete daily service calls efficiently and professionally</li><li>Diagnose issues using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools</li><li>Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance</li><li>Meet productivity and performance goals</li><li>Perform water balancing and pool cleaning as needed</li><li>Complete training and maintain required certifications</li><li>Maintain accurate service documentation</li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting abilities</li><li>Mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical experience preferred</li><li>Hot tub and/or pool service experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule</li><li>Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes</li><li>Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>401(K) with match</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Career advancement opportunities</li><li>Company-provided uniform</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Occasional overtime may be required</li></ul><p><strong>Leslie’s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people. </strong> Leslie’s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us.
