The Sr. Collections Specialist is responsible for generating and distributing accurate, timely collections reports that provide actionable insights for management and team members. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear, effective communication that supports successful payment resolution. The Sr. Collections Specialist owns and proactively manages an assigned collections portfolio, driving full and timely payments, reducing DSO, and mitigating financial risk.

This position reports to the Director of Credit and Collection and is part of the Accounts Receivable Department inSunnyvale, CA.It will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Reduce DSO and improve cash flow by leading recovery efforts on highrisk, highvalue accountsdriving faster resolution, strategic negotiations, and stronger payment compliance.
• Identify rootcause drivers of delinquency through data analysis and customer insights, then partner with Sales, Credit, and Billing to implement process improvements that prevent future revenue leakage.
• Strengthen overall portfolio performance by working with customers payment history, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to best practices and riskmitigation strategies that protect the companys financial health.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with Tax, Order Management, Claims, and Service teams to resolve billing discrepancies, tax issues, unauthorized deductions, and other barriers to timely paymentensuring accuracy and improving invoice integrity.
• Optimize customer payment performance by leading the endtoend collections process: prioritizing AR through aging analysis, resolving delinquent invoices, transitioning customers from paper to electronic invoices and from check to ACH, and supporting communication around banking changes.
• Bring at least 2+ years of AR Collections experience with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Officeespecially Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables)strong analytical and organizational skills to manage diverse priorities with accuracy, and excellent customer service capabilities to support both internal and external stakeholders.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with SAP
• Moderate experience with Excel

The hourly range for this role is $40.00 - $45.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
