The Sr. Specialist, Portfolio & Lifecycle Management will drive the execution of Phenomenexs product lifecycle management strategy and lead a strategic vision for the accessories portfolio. This role focuses on optimizing the portfolio, strengthening vendor partnerships, and ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and market impact. This position reports to the Portfolio Leader and is part of the Product Management and Strategy organization and will be an on-site role, In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Support execution of the product lifecycle management strategy, focusing on obsolescence, cost optimization, and smooth product transitions.
- Drive strategic direction for the accessories portfolio, advancing optimization initiatives and strengthening supplier partnerships.
- Manage accessories portfolio pricing, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure accessories portfolio data integrity to enable accurate decisions and efficient operations. Maintain accessories portfolio readiness, keeping collateral, technical documents, and digital content up to date.
- Collaborate across functions to align cost, lifecycle, and operational priorities.
The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or product lifecycle management.
- Proven success managing a technical product portfolio, preferably in the life sciences or analytical chemistry space. Management of a life science 3rd party accessories experience a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into impactful portfolio actions.
- Strong execution discipline, with a knack for ensuring accuracy and completeness in highly detailed, process-driven tasks.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: - Ability to travel up to 20%, overnight, globally
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - MBA is preferred
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, pricing, and strategic sourcing.

The salary range for this role is $74,000 $111,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
