Program Analyst
PROGRAM FINANCIAL ANALYSTOversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Financial Analyst . Here, youll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT. Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Monitor program financial performance, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to program performance.Ensure financial compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.Support program reviews, audits, and financial documentation requests.Identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial management.Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract programDevelops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programParticipate in establishing and defining program requirementsMonitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are metInteracts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirementsMay perform business development activitiesWHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst must have: Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, program finance, project finance, or related roles. Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (EXCEL), strong analytical and problem solving skills. Time Management and task prioritization.
