Subcontracts Administrator

Our work depends onSubcontracts Administratortoprovide support and subject matter expertise related to the subcontract life-cycle (but not limited to) Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proposals, Subcontract Negotiation, Purchase Orders and Closeout.HOW A SUBCONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Develops and administers subcontracts and other agreements of intermediate value and risk in accordance with client requirements and GDIT policies and proceduresCreates subcontract solicitationsSupports proposal effortsNegotiates price/cost and subcontract or other agreement provisions, including conducting Fair and Reasonable determinations and completing Price AnalysesReviews and routes subcontract invoices for stakeholder review, approval, and paymentCompiles reports for Subcontracts and/or Project ManagementWorks with other program and functional area staffEnsures compliance with company policy, regulation, and performance parametersParticipates in and/or manages special projects as required WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Bachelors degreeExperience: 2+ years of related experience within Subcontracts Administration, Contracts Administration, Procurement, and/or Supply ChainRequired Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and SharePointRequired Skills and Abilities:Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned subcontracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CASComprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in subcontract administration.Location: This is a hybrid position working at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA.
