OPERATIONS MANAGER Own your opportunity. Make your impact As an Operations Manager supporting the CIO Infrastructure Services (CIS) program, you will lead enterprisewide operational service delivery across one of the Intelligence Communitys largest, most complex IT infrastructures. You will manage operational performance across 250+ global sites, ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of missioncritical systems that power intelligence production and global defense operations. You will partner closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, service leads, and Government counterparts to ensure seamless execution of enterprise operationsincluding server compute, storage, virtualization, network services, enduser environments, data center operations, identity and access management, patching, monitoring, and incident response. Your leadership ensures the Defense Intelligence Enterprise remains connected, resilient, and missionready.
