JOB DESCRIPTION MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT The Release Train Engineer (RTE) MID will support future Defense & Intelligence Programs in Tampa, FL. This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026. JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART).Coordinate ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration.Track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams. REQUIRED SKILLS:Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes.Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively. WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEEDClearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.
