Revenue Cycle Management manages a team focused on a series of clinical and administrative processes that healthcare providers utilize to capture, bill, and collect patient service revenue. The revenue cycle shadows the entire patient care journey and begins with patient appointment scheduling and ends when the patients account balance is zero. Job Summary The Senior Coordinator, Revenue Cycle Management Cash Application ensures that all incoming customer payments are accurately recorded, applied, and reconciled to keep accounts receivable up to date and support strong cash flow. They process daily cash, resolve payment discrepancies, research unapplied funds, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain clean, reliable financial records. Responsibilities Enter and post insurance and customer payments to the appropriate account Utilize insurance specific websites to locate EOBs and remittance detail to accurately post payments Obtain lockbox and EFT information from the bank Reconcile payments posted in customer accounts with deposits made to the bank Research and post zero-dollar remits Participate in ERA/EFT conversion for payers not currently enrolled Research unresolved cash for posting to the correct account Work a missing check log to locate checks that have been received or lost in transit
Qualifications 3-6 years of experience, preferred High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within team environment Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Competent with computer systems, software and 10 key calculators

Anticipated hourly range:$16.75 per hour - $21.75 per hour
