The Workplace Coordinatoris responsible forsupporting the daily operations of the Walthamsiteby serving as the primary point of contact for reception, workplace requests, andonsiteactivities. The role plays a key part infacilitiesadministrative support, including service ticket management, vendor coordination, scheduling, onboarding, andmaintainingaccuraterecords to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace. This positionreports to theSenior Facilities Managerandis part of theWorkplace TeamlocatedinWaltham, MAand will beanon-sitefull-timerole. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Serve as the first point of contact for the Waltham headquarters, supporting daily reception operations, meetings, andonsiteevents to create a welcoming andwellrunworkplace.
Play a key role in vendor management, including scheduling, onboarding, documentation,andrecordkeepingto supportcompliant and reliable facilities operations.
The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma or equivalent anddemonstratedexperience in an administrative, reception, workplace, or facilities support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, coordinate with vendors, andmaintainaccuraterecords.
Proficiencywith standard office tools (such as email, calendars, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems) and comfort working inanonsite,customerfacingenvironment.

Theannualhourly range for this role is$29.00.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
